Rock Werchter is an annual music festival held in the village of Werchter, near Leuven, since 1976.
In one sentence, Rock Werchter is four days, four stages with the biggest headliners, young talents, raging rockers, incredible singer-songwriters, new names and the coolest beats around. In 2019, the festival attracted 88.000 music fans each day.
First in Line assists the F&B team of Rock Werchter with stock management and calls in freelancers of Reach For More to fulfil specific tasks. One person is focusing on coordinating the logistical activities, while the other is supervising the application system to manage the entire stock system.
Next to Rock Werchter, there are also two other events on the same festival grounds where we do the same assignment: Werchter Boutique and TW Classic.
