Film Fest Ghent is an annual international film festival in the city of Ghent. The 48th edition of the event - with a focus on Greek cinema - took place from Tuesday 12 October to Saturday 23 October 2021. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the event was scaled down in 2020, but this year Film Fest Ghent went in for the full experience.
With changes in the decorations and a complete new set tent set-up, this year's VIP tent had a surprisingly innovative interior. During 11 days thousands of VIP's could enjoy a unique VIP formula right before or after the movie. Next to this, the Film Fest Café was revived, with increased capacity and a heated covered construction.
As a loyal partner, Reach For More was responsible for planning & coordinating build-up and breakdown of the VIP village, the Film Fest Café and the red carpet. During the 12-day festival we assisted the organization with the general coordination of the VIP events and the bar operations.
